DMCA Takedown Policy

TT Academy respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices of alleged infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
Filing a notice
Send the following to dmca@trading-talents.com:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material on TTA that is claimed to be infringing (URL + description).
- Your contact information (address, telephone, email).
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the same structure. We will restore the content in 10–14 business days unless the claimant files a legal action.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that receive multiple valid takedown notices will be terminated.
Piracy and redistribution
Videos and courses are delivered with a per-viewer watermark identifying the session. Redistributing this content violates our Terms of Service and copyright law, and TT may pursue legal action and claim damages.
