Refund Policy

Courses

You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have consumed less than 20% of the course content. Requests meeting both conditions are auto-approved. Requests outside the window or above the progress threshold are reviewed manually and may be denied.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscription payments are not refundable. You can cancel at any time and access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No new charges will be made after cancellation.

Chargebacks and disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the suspension of your TTA account. Please email refunds@trading-talents.com so we can resolve the issue directly.

How to request

From your purchase history, click "Request refund" on the eligible order. Auto-approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
