1. About TT Academy

TT Academy ("TTA", "we") is a content marketplace operated by Trading Talents ("TT"). KOLs publish courses and live trading sessions; subscribers and buyers access them after payment.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. TTA is not intended for users under 18.

3. Subscriptions

The $25/month subscription (or the price set by each KOL) auto-renews monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Subscription payments are not refundable.

4. Course purchases

Course purchases are one-time payments granting lifetime access to that course's content. Course prices are set by the KOL and may include applicable payment processor fees. See our Refund Policy.

5. Platform fees

TT retains a fee percentage of each sale (configured per KOL). Payment processor fees are added to the buyer's total at checkout and are non-refundable.

6. Content and conduct

KOLs are solely responsible for the content they publish. Buyers may not download, redistribute, re-stream or screen-record the content. Violations may result in account termination and legal action. See DMCA for copyright complaints.

7. Risk disclaimer

Trading content is provided for educational purposes only. Nothing on TTA is personalised investment advice. Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk and you can lose all or more than the amount you invest.

8. Payouts

KOLs receive earnings as USDT in their TT wallet (default) or directly in their Stripe account (if connected). Withdrawals are subject to a processing delay (typically 2–5 hours) and a withdrawal fee configured per KOL. Withdrawals above $5,000 require admin review.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. TTA may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
